Hi, my name is Jessica and I’m so happy you’re here :).
I started Fit Mama 4 Life to share my experiences and tell my story to help motivate mamas to stay fit and eat healthy so they can be the best version of themselves for their family.
I plan on achieving this by sharing my life experiences about being a wife, mom, my pregnancy, parenting, and staying healthy with nutrition and fitness, with some other fun topics thrown in as well . I strive to be a source of help and motivation to women as I go through my daily lessons, trials and tribulations of everyday life.
Here’s a little about me…
In October of 2010 I married my husband Phil in Saratoga Springs, NY (one of my favorite places).
When we were blessed with our son, Philip, in January 2012, I left my career to be a stay at home mom. This was a hard transition for me at first because I loved to work, but I quickly adjusted and loved the time home with him.
Two years later in December 2013 we welcomed our daughter, Daniela, into our family.
I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to work from home and I absolutely love it! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, and I’ve launched a successful Online Personal Training Business (as well as training clients out of their homes).
