Last week completed another Online Bikini Boot Camp session, and I’m happy to report that my awesome group of ladies saw some great results!

As you can see, Nicole didn’t have much weight to lose but her goal was to lose fat, tone up, and get stronger, and that’s EXACTLY what she accomplished! Does everyone remember Dina from NJ? Dina just completed her second round of my boot camp and has lost a total of 13 pounds! She is more toned and stronger than ever, and that’s after two babies (her youngest isn’t even a year yet)! So proud of your hard work Dina!
Get ahead of the game and fall back into shape with my next online boot camp starting on October 6th before the holidays! I know, I know, but by the time we complete the boot camp, Thanksgiving will only be two weeks away! Let’s set yourself up for success mentally and physically!
Here are the details:
- Six week boot camp program from October 6th-November 16th
- Weekly workout plans (5 days of training and 2 rest days) that you can complete whenever is convenient for you either at home or at the gym (Cardio is strongly recommended in addition to my workouts so if you don’t have access to cardio equipment or a gym you have to make sure you can get outside to get it done.)
- Initial phone consultation to review goals and expectations
- Nutrition guidance with recommended food list and foods to avoid
- Access to a secret Facebook group for daily motivation and accountability
- Access to call, text, and email me with any questions you have
- Participants also have to log their food into the MyFitnessPal App (free app or free to join online)
There has already been a ton of interest for my next boot camp, but I am only taking 15 women this round. After you register I will send you an invoice via PayPal and contact you (via phone, FaceTime or Google chat) to answer specific questions and discuss your goals and my boot camp expectations (and to meet you of course ). You have the option to pay via PayPal, check, or cash, but all payments must be paid in full to reserve your spot and are non-refundable. The cost of my six week bootcamp is $125 (that’s only $20 per week). All forms and waivers are also due prior to the start date of the program.
