This week I’m wrapping up my first round of my Online Bikini Boot Camp, and I’m thrilled that it was a huge success! The group were women of all ages that included a few brides to be, women who wanted to lose the remainder of their baby weight, women that were trying to get in shape before they get pregnant, and women who just wanted to lose weight and tone up for summer. I’ve really enjoyed guiding these women with a fitness and nutrition plan, and hearing all of their success stories along the way.

“Jessica and I met in 2008 when we became co-coaches for an all-star cheerleading team in Connecticut. We bonded instantly over our love for cheerleading. Since this has gone so well I am going to be hosting another round of my Online Bikini Boot Camp that starts on Sunday, June, 15th and will run for six weeks through July 26th.
Here are the details:
- Six week boot camp program from June 15th – July 26th
- Weekly workout plans (5 days of training and 2 rest days) that you can complete whenever is convenient for you either at home or at the gym (Cardio is strongly recommended in addition to my workouts so if you don’t have access to cardio equipment or a gym you have to make sure you can get outside to get it done.)
- Nutrition guidance with recommended food list and foods to avoid
- Access to call, text, and email me with any questions you have
- Accountability check-ins are expected from each participant daily via email/text
- Participants also have to log their food into the MyFitnessPal App (free app or free to join online)
I am only taking 15 women this round, so please make sure you register today to reserve your spot using the form below (first come first serve). After you register I will send you an invoice via PayPal and contact you (via phone, FaceTime or Skype) to answer specific questions and discuss your goals and my boot camp expectations (and to meet you of course ). You have the option to pay via PayPal, check, or cash, but all payments must be paid in full to reserve your spot and are non-refundable. The cost of my six week bootcamp is $100 (that’s less than $17 per week!) All forms and waivers are also due prior to the start date of the program.
