I’m so excited to tell you about my newest fitness program that I am now offering! My online personal training program is a great way to reach your fitness or weight loss goals when it’s convenient for you from the comfort of your own home and during blocks of time that work for you.
In my online personal training program I will customize a program specifically for your goals whether it’s a general weight loss goal or if you need to construct a prenatal or postpartum fitness program.
My program includes:
- Weekly customized workout plans designed for your level of fitness and specific goals
- Nutrition guidance, education and recommendations
- Face to face communication with a weekly video chat via FaceTime, Skype or Google+ Chat
- Accountability with daily check-ins
- Video clips of exercises
- Affordable training packages
While working with most personal trainers in a gym setting the training usually stops when you walk out of the gym door. With me you will gain a personal fitness coach to answer your questions via email, phone, or text. I will work very closely with you to ensure accountability and also to be your personal cheerleader if and when you need it most. It’s much more than gym-based personal training at a fraction of the cost.
I want to share the story of one of my clients that I have been working with in my online personal training program and include her answers to a few questions about the program.
1. Why did you decide to change your life and start working out? What motivated you?
I decided to change my lifestyle and start working out not only for myself but for my girls. I want to be able to feel good and look good. Now with two little ones to chase around I need the extra energy. Pregnancy pushed me to my heaviest and now that I know I am done having children, I am also done looking and feeling the way that I do. I want to get my weight down before summer!
2. What are your goals?
I want to feel better about myself, and look more toned and less flabby. Overall, I want to lose roughly 65 pounds total by June.
3. What do you like most about working with me?
I like working with you because you keep me on the positive side. You keep my spirits up and when I have wanted to quit, you inspire me to keep going and remind me of why I decided to do this in the first place. The easy out is to quit and give up, and you keep me motivated to continue toward my goal.
4. Why does an online personal training program work for you?
This works for me because I can work at my own pace, but I also have you to hold me accountable. I’m a busy mom and my gym is 25 minutes away, and with this I can get my workout done in what would be my travel time to and from the gym. It’s great! I also like the awesome positive feedback I receive after I check-in with you. It makes me feel great and inspires me to keep going and do more. You’re awesome at keeping my spirit up, and I really need that!
I am so incredibly proud of Jen. She is committed and in this last week she lost 5 pounds and 5 inches! I will update you with Jen’s progress and her before and after stats and pictures in the coming weeks! I can’t wait to see her hard work pay off.
