Ok, so we are three weeks in since introducing juicing into our lives and I was going to wait a little longer to do an update but I’m so impressed with the results that I couldn’t wait.

Three weeks ago my husband Phil weighed 186 pounds. He has always been in great shape but due to his recent crazy work schedule he hasn’t had much time to be in the gym consistently and make healthy meal choices. As a result he has felt unhealthy.
After less than three weeks of replacing breakfast with juice (mix of fruit and veggies) he has lost seven pounds and is now down to 179. He has not changed ANYTHING else.
The next biggest change is the noticeable brightness in his skin. I kid you not that the women in his office have been asking him what products he uses because his skin is glowing.
Phil has also reported that his energy levels have been higher and they maintain high throughout the day since he started drinking his daily juice.
What’s most amazing is that Phil’s weight loss and “glow” are even noticeable by me and I see him everyday.
As for me, I too have been drinking a glass of juice every day, but since I’m 8 months pregnant I obviously don’t have a weight loss goal. Instead of replacing a meal with juice I have it as my mid-morning or afternoon snack. The biggest change in me has been my skin. My skin is more clear, brighter and so soft. I too have noticed increased energy levels.
I’ve always known this to be true but now I can see the benefits that being healthy comes from the inside out. You literally are what you eat and there is no diet pill or skin product on the market that can give you these results.
I will admit that its a bit of extra work to plan and buy our weekly produce, prep the fruit and veggies every morning and to clean the juicer each day (I have the Breville and its really easy to clean), but it is absolutely 100% worth it. I highly recommend that everyone incorporates juicing into their diet, if not to lose weight, definitely for the nutritional benefits.
